5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service purchased. Revisions must stay within the original project scope. New sections, new pages, new strategy, new branding direction, or major changes may require an additional fee.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Some services may involve platforms such as DashNex, Canva, Google, WhatsApp, domain providers, hosting providers, payment platforms, email tools, or other third-party services. Arawak Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, technical issues, account restrictions, or pricing changes caused by third-party platforms.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Arawak Marketing builds marketing assets designed to improve presentation, trust, lead capture, and customer communication. However, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, calls, messages, bookings, rankings, or revenue. Once a client has fully paid for a project, the final approved client-facing content created specifically for that project may be used by the client for their business. Arawak Marketing may retain the right to reuse general frameworks, templates, layouts, processes, strategies, and non-client-specific systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arawak Marketing is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, missed opportunities, third-party platform issues, business interruptions, or results outside our control. Our responsibility is limited to the services agreed upon with the client.
